*Users who already have some strength may find the default settings for this app to be a bit low for their strength level. We encourage you to download and try the app to see if it gives you a good workout. And please join our Membership.

Unlock Membership is available through in-app purchasing for Athlete user.
Membership is available with an annual subscription. We have Athlete course($10.99/year), Basic course($4.49/year), and Student course($1.99/year).
You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings.
